Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
Credit/Debit Cards
We accept all major credit/debit cards including Visa, MasterCard and Switch. Your address must be the address at which the card is registered, but we can deliver to a different address if required.
Prepayment
Cheque or bankers draft in GBP £ Sterling made payable to Pearce Environment Ltd. Please allow up to 7 days for clearance prior to despatch of goods.
Currency
We accept all payments in GBP £ Sterling.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. |
Shipping And Handling
We try and reuse all our packaging, if you have any packaging you dont require, then contact us and we may be able to collect it, alterternativly you could choose to re-cycle it. |
Delivery Schedule UK orders
We make every effort to deliver your order as soon as possible. We will normally send your order to you in 7 business days, sooner if possible. For some items please allow up to 28 days. |
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. We will always try to contact you about any delays. |
Tax Charges
Prices on this website are displayed including Value Added Tax at 17.5% where applicable.
UK customers will be charged VAT.
If you are ordering from within the EU but outside the UK you will be charged VAT unless you provide a valid EU VAT registration number at the time of ordering.
Customers outside the EU will not be charged VAT.

Returns Policy
Please notify us of any damaged or faulty goods within 3 days of reciept. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, return it to us within 14 days of purchase and we will happily exchange it or refund the purchase price in full. Please note that postage charges are not refundable. Items should be returned in good condition and in the original packaging.
