Little Dawley Pools
Shropshire Wildlife Trust and the Environment Agency requested our services to improve water quality and bankside flora at two fishing pools in Little Dawley, Telford. The works included tree surgery and removal works to allow more light to penetrate the water, as well as installation of a combination of brush faggot and pre-planted coir rolls. This also ran in tandem with excavating a new path round the water’s edge. Recycled fishing pegs were also supplied and fitted by our team. As a finishing touch we were tasked with erecting the site interpretation boards.
